Role Description
This is a contract role for an Information Technology Support Engineer, based on-site in Aizawl. The primary responsibilities include providing technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, performing system administration tasks, and managing help desk operations to ensure smooth IT functionality. The engineer will also play a key role in addressing technical concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Technical Support and Information Technology
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues
Experience in System Administration, including managing servers and network systems
Help Desk Support experience, focusing on client-centric problem-solving
Ability to work independently and address technical challenges effectively
Availability for on-site work in Aizawl
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or relevant vendor certifications (preferred)
Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
